Return & Refund Policy

At KNL Hobby, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
In their original condition (unused, unworn, and with all original packaging)
In the original storage suitcase with all model bullets and accessories included
Accompanied by the original order receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Products that have been damaged due to misuse, abuse, or modification
Products missing accessories or original packaging
Clearance or final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
3. How to Initiate a Return
Email us at knlhobby@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return
We will respond within 24-48 hours with a return authorization and return shipping address
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the provided return address
4. Return Shipping Costs
Defective or wrong item received: We cover all return shipping costs
Change of mind / buyer's remorse: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable (except for defective items)
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item and would like an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must be processed as a return.
