Whatever your reason, we'll do our best to solve the issue.

Delivery in China Mainland, is charged at the price which is quoted when ordering. Prices for delivery include the cost of packing. For <2kg package, we will use China post registered air mail, Hong Kong Post air mail, China post Epacket and other economical shipping method. For >2kg package, we will use China post parcel or others. If you need express service, such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx, please inform us in advance. We will check relative cost and give you reasonable price. No responsibility is accepted for non delivery, late delivery or any unchecked delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control. No liability for damaged goods in transit will be accepted unless advised to ourselves within 3 days of receipt.

We always want you to be happy with your order. If you wish to return a product, you must do so by visiting your order details page and submitting a return request. We will then authorise this request if it is within reason of our return policy, and you may send the product back for either a replacement, store credit or a refund. We will pay for your postage unless stated otherwise in our return policy table. Below are the different reasons you might have for returning and our policy on this:

Model arrived faulty or broken You must report this to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email.
Wrong item received You must report this to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods by sending us a return request or email.
Product did not match description If you believe that it did not match the description, report this to us within 5 days of receipt of the goods by sending a return request and we will investigate.
Changed my mind Must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs. 20% restocking fee may be charged.
Goods not as expected Must be reported within 3 days of receipt. We only refund the item cost, no shipping or return shipping costs. 20% restocking fee may be charged.
